Anna Maria Toscano Martinez, age 65, of West Columbia, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 in Houston, TX. Anna was born July 12, 1956 to Genaro And Guadalupe Toscano in Pleasanton, Texas. She was married to Otilio Martinez, Jr. for 33 years until his passing in 2008.
Anna was CBISD bus driver for over 20 years before leaving to enjoy her hobbies including traveling with her friends and family, shopping and spending time with her granddaughter.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter Alice Marie Martinez Youngblood and husband, Jason, granddaughter Lydia Grace Youngblood, her brothers Genaro “Henry” Toscano and wife, Elida, Reynaldo “Ray” Toscano and wife, Delia, Jimmy Toscano and wife, Rosa, Homer Toscano and wife, Christina and David Toscano and wife, Tish; her sister-in-Law Rebecca Martinez Gutierrez and brother-in-law Jose "Joe" Martinez and her beloved companion Kirk Betz. Also, Anna had numerous nieces, nephews, and friends she held dear.
Pallbearers will be Isidro Gutierrez Jr., Emilio Gutierrez, Nicholas Gutierrez, Michael Toscano, David Paul Toscano, John Toscano
A visitation with friends and loved ones will be on Friday, August 6, 2021, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m. with a Rosary to follow at 7:00 p.m. at C.T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home, 634 S. Columbia Dr, West Columbia, Tx.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, August 7, 2021 at 11:00 am by Father Khoi Le at St. John the Apostle Catholic Church, 807 Loggins Dr, West Columbia, TX 77486. Rite of committal will follow in Sweeny Cemetery.
