Barry Finch

Barry Finch, 62, of Brazoria passed away at his home on March 21, 2018. Barry was born in Roanoke, North Carolina on March 15, 1956 to Edward Woodrow Finch and Pearl Ann (Kitty) Tisdale Finch.

Barry hitchhiked to Texas where his life began in 1976. He met the love of his life, Mary Ann. They were married for 41 years and had 2 children, Bree and Brian. He was a self employed carpenter, even building Mary Ann her dream home. Anyone who knew Barry knew he would give you the shirt off his back and help you anyway he could. He had a heart of gold and such a tender heart for animals. He loved spending time with his family . You could find him at home BBQing and playing with the grandkids, fishing, or gardening so he could share his big ol tomatoes with everyone.

A memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 28, 2018 from 6:30 pm until 8 pm at Baker Funeral Home in Brazoria.

Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 41 years, Mary Ann Buchanan Finch; children, Bree Parsons & husband, Jeff and Brian Finch; grandchildren, Masyn Parsons, Abigail Finch, Micca Cox, Trayce Quisenberry, Jordan Parsons, Jenna Parsons,& Jacob Parsons; great grandchildren, Bentley and Brylie Thibodeaux; brothers, Edward and Danny Finch; sister, Linda Saxon; sisters in law, Carolyn Young and Judy Fox; brother in law, Roy Buchanan; numerous nieces and nephews.
