Billie Sue Rivers Smith, 92, passed from this life on April 7, 2017 at her home in West Columbia. She was born in West Columbia to Ashley Milner Rivers and Christen Kay Hall on August 17, 1924.
Billie Sue is survived by a sister, Mary Ann Bertram; nieces, Merry Brown, Lynn Waters, JoAnn Smoot, Jeri Lever; nephews, Johnny & Jimmy Butler; cousins, Judy Tomlin, Butch Kay and Mark Kay. She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Forrest Arnold Smith; sister, Iris Pearl Butler; brother, Milner Rivers.
