Bronnie Petersen

Bronnie Lea Petersen 79, of West Columbia, Tx. passed away on Saturday, November 20, 2021, at her home surrounded by her loving family. Bronnie was born April 4, 1942, to R.H. and Edna Montgomery in Beeville Tx.

She attended Brazosport High School she graduated class of 1960. After graduating she met the love of her life Wayne "Pete" Petersen and they married February 3, 1962. Bronnie was the mother of 2 wonderful children Delena Osgood and Robert Petersen. Bronnie was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family, working in her yard until she couldn't anymore, going out to eat and going to church.

She is preceded by her loving husband Wayne "Pete" Petersen, her father and mother R.H. and Edna Montgomery and son-in-law Sammy Osgood.

Bronnie is survived by her 2 children Delena Osgood of West Columbia, Tx and Robert Peterson and wife Teressa of Brazoria, Tx.; 6 grandchildren Sammy (Laura) Osgood of Sargent, Tx., Jennifer Osgood of West Columbia, Tx., Mathew (Regina) Osgood of Clute, Tx., Zachary Petersen and Joshua Petersen of Brazoria, Tx. and Mindy De Rosier of Michigan; 9 Great grandchildren Toshianna Edwards, Wayne Sanchez, Ivy, Kaylee, Mathew Jr., Sean, Mary, Elizabeth Osgood and Chole De Rosier.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021, in the chapel of C.T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home in West Columbia, Texas with funeral services to follow at 3:00 p.m. The family will have a reception for family and friends following the services at the West Columbia Civic Center. Cremation arrangements are under the directions of C.T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home.
