Claudette Grigsby

Claudette Grigsby, 85, formerly of Sweeny, passed from this life on Sept. 22, 2018 in Sachse, Texas. She was born in Texarkana, Arkansas on March 21, 1933 to John & Oladine Moses.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 28, 2018 at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia at 10 am with John Price officiating. Visitation will be held on Thursday, Sept. 27, 2018 from 6 pm until 8 pm also at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Cliff Grigsby & wife, Cindy and Doug Grigsby & wife, Libby; grandchildren, Jonathan Grigsby, Kyle Grigsby & wife, Desiree, Jeremy Grigsby & wife, Barbara, Jennifer Grigsby & Stephen Winters, Lauren Soria & husband, Chris, Jeff Lankford & wife, Susanne, and Matthew Lankford & wife, Kristin; sister, Martha McAlister; 8 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Richard Earl Grigsby, & brother, Billy Moses.
