A precious husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and dear friend, but mostly a man of God, Ernest Raymond Coleman, Jr., passed away on October 21, 2026.

Ernest Raymond Coleman, Jr. was born in Bay City, Texas, on October 07, 1944, to Ruby Lee Swensen and Raymond Ernest Coleman. Ernest was previously married to Glenda Lee Swens, and they had three sons.

Ernest is survived by his loving wife, Linda Olsen Coleman; sons, Michael Lee Coleman, Randal Ray Coleman, and Paul David Coleman; and daughter-in-law, Samantha Coleman. He is also survived by grandchildren, Courtney and Mallory; great-grandchildren, Alissa, Caleb, Macey, Emylee, Parker, John, Callie, and Carson.

Also blessed to have a son, Colby Lynn Bruce, and daughter-in-law, Bethanne Bruce; daughter, Crysta Bruce Mullins, and son-in-law, Tim Mullins; grandchildren, Cameron, Carri, Rayanne, and Tyler; Jacy and BJ; and great-grandchildren, Jacob, Caroline, Scarlett, Jane, Kaden, Blake, Lawson, Maelyn, and Timothy.

Graveside services will be held at 1pm at Sweeny Cemetery in Sweeny, Texas, on Monday October 26, 2026.
