Gary Johnson

Gary Lynn Johnson, 54, of Brazoria, TX peacefully passed away in his home on Sunday, April 28, 2019 after a long battle with cancer. Gary was a son, a brother, a father, a husband, a grandfather and a best friend. He was an outdoorsman who loved to hunt, fish, and had recently found a love for motorcycles. Most of all, he loved spending time with his grandkids.

Gary is survived by his wife, Sandra Johnson of Brazoria, TX; parents, Marvin and Judy Johnson of Sweeny, TX; sister, Laura Otto and husband, Jeff of Iowa Colony, TX; twin brother, Cary Johnson and wife Diana of Sweeny,TX; son, Gary Tye Johnson and wife Lauren of New Braunfels,TX; son Landon Johnson and wife Naomi of Austin, TX; daughter, Kendra Johnson of Sweeny, TX; daughter, Brandi Anderson and husband, Darren of Angleton, TX; daughter, Briana Clifton and husband, William of Angleton,TX; daughter, Sara Barber of Angleton,TX. He was also survived by 13 grandchildren: Kylerlee, Rayla, Lane, Blake, Ryan, Carson, Colten, Hunter, Chase, Ann-Marie, Madelynn, Westen, and Eli.

Services will be held on Friday, May 3, 2019 at 9:00 am at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia,TX with Pastor Aaron Timberlake officiating. Interment will be held at Largent Cemetery in Lufkin,TX at 4:00 pm on Friday. A visitation will be held on Thursday, May 2, 2019 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm also at Baker Funeral Home.
