Gayle French

Gayle Leah Huff French, 66, of Wild Peach passed from this life on Jan. 9, 2017 at Sweeny Community Hospital. She was born on March 21, 1950 in Checotah, Oklahoma to Archie & Billie Ruth Huff.

Gayle loved her family, fishing and having all her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren together. She was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 51 years, Tommy Ray French; children, Bryant (Rusty) French & wife, Acie and Melissa Lynn French & husband, William J. Smith; grandchildren, Terrill D. Salinas, Tyler R. Lopez, Tristen G. Salinas, Taleah A. French, Brady T. French and Blake E. French; great grandchildren, Viviana Arellano, Audrey Amador, Leah Amador, Reina Lopez, Romeo Lopez and Adrik Salinas; sister, Gena Ertell; brother, Gary Huff. She is preceded in death by her parents and brothers, Gane and Greg Huff.

Memorial services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm at Baker Funeral Home in Brazoria. The family will receive friends on Saturday from noon until service time. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the charity of your choice.
