Helen June Fore (June) was born December 26, 1933 in Westmoreland, Tennessee and left her earthly home to enter her heavenly home peacefully in her sleep on October 6, 2026. June was an intelligent, strong and talented lady. After raising her three daughters, while working full time, she attended the University of Evansville graduating in 1979 as a registered nurse. June had many interests: reading, genealogy, gardening, sewing, crocheting, knitting and many other crafts, history, and music. She loved Bassett hounds, cats, Dr. Pepper, chocolate, fried shrimp and catfish, Elvis Presley, Andrea Bocelli, Dolly Parton, and Barack Obama. She loved to sit and chat. If you went to her home, you would always be invited to come in and sit for a while. She loved visits from her neighbors. June is survived by her three daughters whom she loved dearly: Debra Fore of Vista, California, Patricia Vanderveer of Evansville, Indiana and Sharon O’Brien (Bill) of Sweeny, Texas, and six grandchildren: Gina Lippucci, Joshua Vanderveer, Joseph Vanderveer (Malissa), Sandra O’Brien, Sarah Zamora (Johnnatan) and Patrick O’Brien (Rubi), also great grand children, great grand puppies, cousins, nieces, and her dear friend Bob Pointer. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Johnny and Ethel Creasy, her parents Hayden and Myrtle Ruth Stinson and her younger brother Willard Stinson.
