Henry Jackson

August 7, 1932 — July 23, 2020

Henry Kenneth Jackson, 87, beloved father, was called to his eternal resting place on July 23, 2020. He entered this world on August 7, 1932 in Goose Creek, TX, born to Gleason and Elizabeth Jackson.

Henry is survived by his children, Kenneth Randy Jackson, Elizabeth (Liz) Ann Jackson (White), and Richard Vidmon Jackson. He was one of seven siblings and is survived by one sister, Billie Marie.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Toni Annette (Childs) Jackson, and daughter, Cheri Lynette Jackson (Witte). Also, 5 siblings preceded him: Earl Lamar, Dorothy Louise, Lois Beatrice, Alton Davis, and Gladys Jackie.

Kenneth was proud to serve in the Marines and enjoyed teaching his kids the Marine fight song.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, July 31, 2020 at C. T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home in West Columbia. Burial will follow at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2020 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm also at the funeral home.
