James Scruggs

James Randal Scruggs, 47 , passed away in Galveston on Dec. 4, 2015. He was born in Texas City on Oct. 30, 1968 to James Ernie & Linda Scruggs.

Funeral services will be held at Baker Funeral Home in West Columbia on Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2015 at 11:00 am . Visitation will also be Tuesday from 9:00 am until service time at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers are Robert Serna, Chris Serna, Robert Serna Jr., Kevin Mooningham, Ernest Aparicio, & Darrel Buckley.

Left to cherish his memory are his children, James Korry Scruggs & wife, Paige, Michael Scruggs, & Amanda Scruggs; mother, Linda Shifflett Cantu; sisters, Rhonda Serna & husband, Robert and Carmen Aparicio; 4 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his father, James Ernie Scruggs.
