Linda Jo Marrow

Linda Jo Marrow passed into the arms of the Lord on October 2, 2023 in her nephew’s Alvin, TX residence surrounded by her loving family, she was 82.  Linda Jo was born in Mabank, Texas to the late Earl Harper and Eunice Myrick.

Linda’s journey in life started when she embarked on her career path of teaching for numerous years. When she was not teaching, you could find her enjoying multiple different crafts, or crabbing in the bay.

She is survived by sisters-in-law, Donna Gregory of Mabank, Texas, Sally Strong of Santa Fe, New Mexico, and Charlotte Ruegsegger of Heavener, Oklahoma.  Linda is preceded in death by her husband, Richard T. Marrow, brothers-in-law Billy Ray Marrow, Marcellus Marrow, Maurice Marrow, Homerlee Marrow, and sister-in-law, Aline Marrow Stanley.

As we bid farewell to Linda Jo, we gather in honor and celebrate her life. Visitation will take place on October 6, 2023, from 10-11 AM at Cedar Lane Baptist Church in Bay City, Texas. A funeral service will follow at 11:00 AM at the church. The interment will follow at  Sweeny Cemetery in Sweeny, Texas.

Linda shared a deep bond with her family, and she will be missed dearly.
