Martha Carollo

Martha Ann Carollo, 82, beloved mother, Mimi, and friend, passed away to eternity on May 29, 2021 in Houston, TX.

Martha was born in Kilgore, TX to Benjamin and Alfrieda (Gerjes) Woodall on August 13, 1938, and was raised in Sweeny, TX.

She was married to William Larry Autry of West Columbia, TX in 1957 for 28 years until his passing, and married Angelo Lawrence Carollo of Houston in 1989.

Martha was "the hostess with the mostest," always preparing for gatherings of friends and family, and she was the ultimate caregiver to her loved ones.

Martha is preceded in death by husband Larry Autry, husband Angelo Carollo, parents Ben and Frieda Woodall, and brother James Woodall.

She is survived by her four children and their families:

Mari Brooks and husband Alan; children Alex, Eliot, and Caitlin and husband David.

Lisa Stroderd and husband Mark; children Carter, Kyle, and Travis, Emily, Anna

Chris Autry; daughter Skylar.

Amy Shanks and husband Kyle; children Cory and Michael.

Sister-in-law JoAnn Woodall, and son Kenny.

Angelo's son Larry, wife Melissa, and children Lara, Cameron, and Tyler.

A visitation will be held at C.T. Baker and Sons Funeral Home in West Columbia, TX at 10:30 a.m. June 9, 2021, followed by a graveside service at noon at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest Cemetery in West Columbia, TX.
