He is survived by his beloved daughter Laura Warncke and her husband Ross Lassiter; his daughter Racheyl Warncke; and his son Matthew Warncke. The joy of Neil's life extended through his grandchildren—Sammy Warncke, Thomas Warncke, Bradley Smith, Taylor Robertson, Conner Warncke, and Tyler Wilson—as well as his great-grandchildren Natalie Wilson and Presley Wilson. Standing beside the family is his sister, Barbara Wittneben, whose presence offers a cherished bond of shared memories and enduring care.

Baker & Sons Funeral Home in West Columbia, Texas, on May 9, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., followed immediately by a funeral service at the same location. Burial will take place thereafter at Needville Public Cemetery in Needville, Texas.
