Orval E. Shillingburg, 77, of Damon, Texas, passed from this life to eternal life Monday, July 13, 2026. He was born in Clarksburg, West Virginia, October 12, 1948, to Edward and Mary Shillingburg.

He married Donna Horton March 15, 1967, and remained married 52 years until her death in 2019.

He is preceded in death by his parents Edward Shillingburg and Mary Carson, his stepfather, Pete Carson and his wife, Donna Shillingburg.

Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Eddie Shillingburg (Dana), John Shillingburg (Lisa) and Bruton Shillingburg, along with 13 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins, extended family and friends.
