Born on September 11, 1950, in Gainesville, Texas, Paulette lived a life marked by grace, devotion, and an enduring warmth that touched all who had the privilege to know her.

Paulette’s journey through life was one adorned with love and family bonds, a testament to her enduring spirit and commitment to those she held dear. She was cherished dearly by her beloved husband, Jackie Dale Kees, who stood steadfastly by her side through life's triumphs and trials. The family she left behind includes her sister, Judy Clifton, whose shared memories and mutual affection formed an unbreakable sisterly bond. Her life’s tapestry also included the affections and companionship of her brothers-in-law, Steve Kees, Billy Kees, and Gary Kees, each of whom treasured her presence and influence.

In sorrow, we also remember those preceding her in death: her father, Hollis Clifton, and mother, Alice Elizabeth Brown Clifton, who watched over her from beyond. Paulette’s legacy is beautifully honored through a graveside service, scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM  at Restwood Memorial Park, located at 1038 West Plantation Drive in Clute, Texas. This solemn gathering will serve as a moment for all who loved her to reflect on a life well-lived and bid their final farewell with dignity and grace.

Throughout her life, Paulette exemplified the virtues of kindness, resilience, and unwavering love—qualities that will forever echo in the hearts of her family and friends. Though her earthly presence has passed, the indelible mark she leaves behind assures us that her spirit endures eternally in the stories told and the memories cherished by those fortunate enough to have shared in her journey.
