Philip Mcclain

Philip Michael McClain, 66, of West Columbia, Tx passed away on Saturday, December 15, 2018. Mike McClain was born August 11, 1952 in Clarksdale, Mississippi. He was retired from the construction industry. Mike love spending time with his family and friends. He enjoyed many things such as motorcycle rallies and more recently, riding razors in the beautiful countryside. Those who were honored to know Mike, knew that he never met a stranger. Mike was bigger than life and had a heart the size of Texas. He will be greatly missed by the many lives that he touched.

He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Betty Burr Willis and Daniel Willis.

He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Sandra McClain, his two loving children, Philip Jr. and wife, Rachel, and Melanie McClain with Jimmy Jeffus; 5 grandchildren, Shelby McClain and fiance' Josh Hudson, Brooke Cope and husband, Josh, Jordyn McClain, Trey McClain, and Preston McClain, and two great grandchildren, Kimber, his coloring buddy, and Reef Cope; sisters, JoAnn McClain and Sandy Frew, brothers Pete McClain and Dwayne Willis; many loving in-laws, nieces, nephews, and countless very close friends, as well as his loving companion Doctor Snuggles.

As requested by Mike, there will be a Celebration of Life, or as he would say, "A going away party", on Saturday, December 22 at 3:00 pm at 203 Mossy Meadow Drive, West Columbia,Texas 77486. All family, friends, and acquaintances are welcome.
