Rhonda Shelton

Rhonda Marie Shelton, 56, of Brazoria, Texas, a devoted wife, mother, nana, and sister, gained her wings on May 18, 2018.

Rhonda was born on September 14, 1961 in Rockdale, Texas to Charles Davis and Gloria Giesie. She was the type of person who would do anything to make sure that everyone, from her husband, her girls and the grandbabies, were taken care of. Rhonda spent many years working in various banks but she was very passionate about the years that she worked for Mr. Dan Swords at The Car Store and her work family. In her spare time, you could find her and John hopping on their Harley gathering some amazing friends and taking a ride or spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Charles Davis and Gloria Giesie; father-in-law, Bob Shelton; brother-in-law, Greg Shelton; and nephew, Casey Shelton.

Rhonda leaves to cherish her precious memories, her loving and devoted husband of 35 years, John; daughters, Carrie Sullivan and Kelly Tribble (Eric); grandchildren, Aden, Bryden and Chyler Sullivan and Garret and Dustin Tribble; brothers, Jimmy Smith (Christine), Donald Davis (Stacy), Travis Davis, and Robert Davis; sisters, Sheryl (Sue) Adams, Kimmy Marks, Janie Stone (Ron), Cindy Price (Wesley), Lorraine Wallace (Scott), and Jennifer Weihausen (Bubba); step-mother, Shirley Davis; mother-in-law, Lois Shelton; brother and sister-in-law, Chuck and Joyce Shelton; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will received friends Tuesday, May 29, 2018 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Baker Funeral Home in Brazoria. Funeral services will be 10:00 am Wednesday, May 30, 2018 also at the funeral home with Vern Burrow officiating. Burial will take place at Brazoria Cemetery.
