Richard Cavazos Delgado, 80, of West Columbia, passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2019 in Webster, Texas. He was born on July 20, 1939 in Goliad, Texas to Lupe and Ella (Cavazos) Delgado.

Richard is survived by his wife, Emma E. Delgado; children, Richard Delgado, Jr. and wife, Maryann, Esther Lara and husband, Danny, Grace Villareal and husband, Larry, and John Vandestine.

The family has chosen not to have services at this time.
