Shirley Jo Lowery

Our mother passed to her heavenly home on March 8, 2025, surrounded by her children and grandchildren whom she loved fiercely. Shirley Joe Lowery was born on September 1, 1935, in Cherokee County, Texas to Mildred George and John Green Wallace.

She enjoyed a full life of riding horses, fishing, hunting, holidays and grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert Lowery, her loving mother Mildred Jackson and her dear brother Allan Jackson. She is survived by her children, Sarah Simpson, Albert (Sonny) Lowery, Johnny Lowery and Denna Favorite and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We will miss her forever. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
