On Wednesday, August 15, 2018, Terry Elaine Felcman of Rosenberg, TX, passed away at the age of 68 after a brief illness. Terry was born on October 10, 1949 in Raceland, LA to Billie and Earlene (Isham) Mitchell. She graduated from Lamar Consolidated High School in 1968 and began her working career at the Freeport News. She is preceded in death by her beloved son, David Paul Jackson; baby sister, Billie Ruth Kirkham; and parents, Billie and Earlene Mitchell.
