Tusun Pratt

Tusun Pratt, 71, formerly of West Columbia, Texas passed away Friday, March 4, 2022, in Houston, Texas. Tusun was born March 30, 1950, in South Korea. She moved to the United States at the age of 20 where she settled in Los Angeles, California where she studied acupuncture.

She was a member of the Korean Baptist Church and was a devoted Christian who was strong in her faith.

On October21, 2006 Tusun married George Pratt in Las Vegas, Nevada. She was a devoted wife of 16 years and enjoyed traveling all over the United States for her husband’s line of work.

Tusun’s talents were many, she was a registered Yorkshire Breeder, Acupuncturist, and certified massage therapist. She enjoyed wildlife, especially deer and squirrels, where she would daily feed them by hand. Other special love was her two yorkies LouLou and TuTu.

She was preceded by her parents. She is survived by her “YEABO”, (which means Sweetheart in Korean) of sixteen years her loving husband and sole care giver the last years of her life George Pratt; son and daughter, her brothers and sisters, her stepson George Pratt, Jr, stepdaughter Sequoia Michelle Sanders, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends, and family.

The family will welcome friends and loved ones from 2:00 to 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2022, at C. T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home, 634 S. Columbia Dr., in West Columbia, Texas with funeral services to follow at 3:00 p.m.
