Virginia Oneta Anderson, 83, of West Columbia, Texas, passed away on May 6, 2026, in Angleton, Texas, surrounded by the love of her family. Virginia built a life rooted in devotion, joy, and deep family bonds. She was cherished by all who knew her and will be remembered for her smile, big laugh, strength, and the love she poured into life.
Virginia shared 64 beautiful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Alton Anderson, who survives her and resides in West Columbia. Together, they created a lifetime of memories. Virginia found joy in dancing with her husband, cooking new recipes, watching Hallmark movies and spending time with her family.

She was also blessed with eight great‑grandchildren, two great‑great‑grandchildren, and many other beloved family members who will forever hold her memory close.
Virginia’s life was defined by her steady presence, her kindness, and her unwavering love for her family. Her legacy lives on in the generations she nurtured and the countless moments she made special.
Services
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 1:00–2:00 p.m. at C.T. Baker & Sons Funeral Home, 634 S. Columbia Dr., West Columbia, Texas. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m.
A private family burial will take place afterward at Cedar Lawn Haven of Rest in West Columbia.
