Virginia Byrd

Virginia Byrd, 74 of Sweeny, Texas passed away at her home on Sunday, November 27, 2016. She was born October 26, 1942 in San Saba, Texas to Herbert Cecil and Ola Marie (Baxter) Crawford.

Graveside services will be held 3:00pm, Saturday, December 3, 2016 at Greenleaf Cemetery in Brownwood, Texas with Rev. Scotty Crawford officiating.

Virginia is survived by sons, Doyle Standley "Boon" Byrd III; Douglas Byrd and wife, Anna; daughters, Jennifer Byrd Wickline and husband, Gary; Daphine Hearn and husband, Steven; sister, Juanita Reigle; brother, Truman Crawford; 14 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her father, Hubert Crawford and mother, Ola Baxter Crawford and husband, Doyle Standley Byrd, Jr.
