William L. "Bill" Smith, Jr. passed into the arms of the Lord, peacefully, on Friday December 15, 2023 at his Brazoria residence, he was 88. Bill was born on June 30, 1935 in Alexandria, LA to the late William L. & Barbara Laebens Smith.

Bill is survived by his beloved wife of 65 years, Arvin Cameron Smith.  He is also survived by his daughters Sherril Ramirez of Brazoria, Beverly Irwin of Bay City and 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great great-grandson.

Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's graveside service on Tuesday December 19th, 1:00 p.m. at Brazoria Cemetery where Bill will receive his Military Honors for his dedicated service to his country in the U.S. Navy.
